Since I retired in January, I’ve been trying my hand at writing. My good friend Jay Nutt was the instigator. I’ve written a short fictional account of the daily struggles of the families I work with in Juarez. I hope that you will be able to see and feel what life is like in a poor desert neighborhood only a few yards from the United States. Watch for my first book, coming soon, Grit in Juarez.
